Well, I truly believe it's the perfect solution, and I truly believe in the power of my subconscious mind, so this is perfect for me. All of my life, I have always suffered from self-esteem issues and [low] self-confidence. I always lacked self-confidence so when I had this opportunity, it was like “Wow is this really possible?”

I was absolutely excited because I had given up to be perfectly honest, and I know breast enhancement involves a lot of money, and so this was a perfect opportunity for me. I truly learned that this [Dream Breast System™] is really not [only] about breasts. It has enhanced my life and changed my life. It is really life transforming for me.

I must admit I was a wee bit disappointed, but since I'm a hypnotherapist, I knew it would just be a matter of time. I think four weeks into being on the program, that's when results started to show up. And once they did, they just seemed to skyrocket so to speak. 

The sensations that I have experienced in my breasts are mainly tingling and pressure for the most part. I'm also excited that I noticed some [sensations] in them throughout the day, even when I'm at work or driving, not just when I'm listening to the CD. It's effortless.

A friend e-mailed me about [Derek Shelton, Dream Breast System™ Creator’s] breast enhancement program. I was thinking about growing my breasts before I heard about Derek. So I'm thinking that I manifested him myself. And yes, I did.

It's been awesome. My moods are better, my confidence level is going up <motions upward> here, I'm working it and listening to my CD two times a day, I feel good. I'm really being silly right now, but I feel good. <Laughs>

At night it's really easy because it's before you go to bed. I fall asleep a lot of the times, but don't tell Derek. I fall asleep listening to it, but apparently it still works when you're sleeping. So I'm okay with that.

Just changing attitudes, changing confidence levels cancel at.

Just a change in attitude, [and] confidence levels went up. I'm more relaxed. I used to get really bad anxiety, and I don't get it so much anymore. And I don't really notice when my body changes, I have to watch for it. But this I noticed.

<Nodding head> I feel the sensations in my breasts. Pulsations, tingling, hot -- they get hot.

When I tell people about it they just automatically -- they don't look at my face. They just look at my breasts. That's a little uncomfortable. <Camera pans down> See, you are doing it! <Camera pans up quickly> <Laughter from interviewer>

Physical results: bigger boobs, which was what I was wanting. They lifted an inch, and I can fit my old bras again, which is good. They were just hanging off me before, but I can fit them all. I'm going to go buy new bras. I'm going to go on a shopping spree after this is over. <Laughs>

I heard about the [Dream Breast System] program from my friend who is also in this program in the Control Group, and I went to the internet and to the website and read all about it, and thought that it sounded amazing.

It works! It is so easy to change different parts of your body just by mind control. The mind is so open to suggestion, and my experience is that it works.

I previously thought that my breasts were a little bit too small (being a small b-cup) and I just never really felt confident at the beach in my bikini because my boobs never really filled out the bikini!

My small breasts made me feel that. just less - less of a woman and I just didn't have that great of a self-esteem and I severly lacked confidence.

It just takes a couple minutes at night or during the day.

The sensations that I've been feeling in my beasts are the heartbeat, and the throbbing. That was the main one. I didn't really have that much tingling or anything like that. It was mainly the trobbing and just the breasts pushing outwards into my bra.

I put on one of my old bras and it was a little small to start with, it was an A-cup so I could try to get a little bit of a push up. But I put it on and instead of that little push up, I got the "four-breast" thing. You know, that where the boob goes a little bit over the bra - so I was like "Gotta throw that bra out!" . "It doesn't do what it's supposed to do!"

My physical results were a two and a half (cup size) increase in breast size, and I have better symmetry in my boobs now, and my waist has actually [reduced] about one and a half inches, and I've lost about ten pounds. It was alarming that my boobs still grew with the weight loss! So it kind of shows that you can lose weight, and instead of it coming off of your breasts, it can just come off of your waist - just with mind control.

My self-esteem has increased so much that I just feel great, and have a positive outlook on life now.

Transforming breasts naturally is sort of… it fits in with my whole background and whole lifestyle and what I believe.

This was a way of creating what I wanted without having to undergo any kind of cutting. I don’t want to damage my body. I like my body, I just wanted it better.

Some o f the struggles that I went through was size of breast versus size of body. So in my mind, it was if you have a small body you have small breasts and if you have a larger body you have large breasts. That was a struggle for me. I chose to volunteer for this [Dream Breast System™] program to do exactly that – to enhance what I want to enhance, and take down what I want to take down.

I think some of the benefits of this program: It’s not just [about] the physical changes, but a lot of the emotional and… yeah definitely the emotional changes because the confidence level rises, you feel better about yourself. It’s been a really great journey.

During the first weeks of this program, there were subtle changes that started happening. There was tingling. It was kind of like the milk letdown when you’re pregnant - it’s this weird tingling sensation. Then there was teenage acne – it was almost like going through puberty again! And then there was pulsing, you could actually feel pulsing!

When I got those kinds of sensations, that’s exactly what I was thinking: I thought “Oh my gosh, this is actually working!” I was actually quite shocked! Definitely, it is not something that I thought going in was really going to happen, I just thought “Oh all of a sudden they’re just going to grow” but there was a lot more to it. So, yeah, it was proof that it was actually working and it’s changing me!

I have to say that when I started this program I didn’t tell anyone. I brought a very close friend of mine into the program and thought “what a great way to bond!” <laughs> Neither one of us told anyone we were doing this (possibly a couple of people at work) but the significant others in our lives were told we were going to Yoga class! <laughs> So it was good to see their impressions of the changes without actually knowing what was going on. That was a good thing.

The results were noticable within the first six weeks - half way through.

My physical results were pretty impressive. I gained where I wanted to and I lost where I wanted to. So overall, upper was growing, and underneath was going down. I couldn’t ask for anything better than that.

I think that transforming breasts naturally is a wonderful thing. It's a fabulous idea to try, and it makes you feel so much better that you're not doing something that's inorganic or that could be possibly harmful to the rest of your body. It’s just all very natural and feels wonderful!

I wasn't really born really well endowed, and a lot of my family wasn't either. It’s just a familial thing, and I just wasn't ever too happy with the size. I could’ve always gone for a little bit bigger. 

Out of my friends, I had the smallest breasts and it always made me feel a little bit [self] conscious. I would buy bras that would be too big for me, or make myself feel like [my breasts] were bigger than they actually were. But now I'm fitting into them, which is great! [Laughs]

I chose to volunteer for this [Dream Breast System™] program, because a couple of my girlfriends at school are in the program as well. They were telling me about it and everything that [Derek Shelton, Dream Breast System™ Creator] does and what he’s doing with the whole program and I thought it would be a really good study to get involved in.

I really loved the thought of what he was doing and so I joined the program!

I was in the remote enhancement group, which means that I never came to classes and didn't see Derek personally, I just listened to tapes outside on my own.

My first results came with my self-confidence and self-esteem with in the first week or two, and the sensations within my breasts came within the first week or two. I started losing weight within the third and fourth week. And into the fifth in six weeks, I started gainng breast fullness (which was really awesome) so it started from basically the very beginning.

In the program, I learned a lot about self-confidence and the way to direct your mind into something that is more positive about yourself; and in the way that you think and the way that you feel about yourself. [I learned how you can change your] breast size and your waist size and your weight - anything like that, and positivity and confidence. I learned how to be confident.

There [have] been heat sensations and pulsations, and there [have] been tingling and pressure sensations in my breasts. For me the tingling and pressure sensations were the strongest.

My breasts got fuller, and they increased about an inch or so in size. I lost about an inch on my waist, while still enlarging my breasts, which was really cool. And I didn't expect that to happen. [Laughs] I lost about 8 pounds in a matter of weeks. It was good!

I enjoyed most about the program, the relaxation and the affirmation within it. It's a very relaxing program to use, and so you can do it before bed, or you can do it just to chill out in the middle of the day. You can use it anytime.

It was very affirming with thoughts about positivity in the way that you feel about yourself and how it boosted self-confidence just so high that you can just walk out and be so happy with yourself when sometimes that wasn't the case before.

And self-esteem, and you walk out into the world and you feel better about yourself and your body and about way that you are naturally.

Yes, the Dream Breast System™ does work - absolutely. It's amazing. I've seen it with my friends and with me, and the other people that have been doing it that I [personally] know. It's an amazing program! It does absolutely work.

I think Derek is an amazing person. He is so bubbly and happy all the time, and he never makes you feel weird or… he's just such a genuinely really cool person. He's just a really happy and nice person to be working with and to speak to and to be listening to on the tapes.

I like to be at like.

I like to say to Derek thank you for doing this and keep going on anything else that you're trying to do with your studies and stuff like that, because they're really good. I just love how you can make [people] feel so good about themselves, so easily.

If you are not sure about trying to program I would probably say “What do you really want?” And if this is something that you really want and it's important to you, then do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

I am a person who is really interested in fitness and health and just being the best that I can be.

My story is, I lost about 30 pounds over the last two and a half years and every time I've lost weight in the past, I've always lost inches on my breasts first, and it always went down from there. So that was the biggest hesitation for me to lose weight, was because then I wouldn't have any bust. So when I heard about this [Dream Breast System™], I just had to check it out, because for me it was more about size, and getting a little bit more [breast] size, but still being able to lose the weight.

I found out about the program through a friend. When this opportunity came up, I just jumped at it because the thought of being able to increase the size of my own breasts made me think that (or made me realize) that I could do anything if I could increase the size of my own breasts. So that was the biggest motivation for me.

I learned a lot about myself in the program. [I learned] that my mind is stronger than I thought it was - [Laughs] that I can do pretty much anything, and that if I really want something I can have it.

The sensations that I felt the most were the heat and the tingling. And a little bit of pressure at first because it was new - it kind of felt like the PMS sort of tension and then after that went away, it was just the tingling and the heat that was the most noticeable sensation for me. It actually was a kind of pleasant sensation because I knew that something was actually happening then.

My physical results were that I've lost an inch underneath my bust measurement, and I've gained an inch on my actual breast size. That was really phenomenal because initially I came in - when I came in the first time - I actually went down on both measurements, because I lost a little bit of weight in the first month or so. So I went down both measurements. Then I went up a little bit, and it kind of fluctuated a bit. And in this last measurement, I had lost an inch underneath and still gained an inch in my breasts so I'm really pleased about that.

There are so many benefits to this program. I don't even know how to start, but I think that the self-esteem, the… it's very empowering. I felt pretty good about myself to begin with, and now I just feel stronger and more sure of myself, and more confident, and just happier in general with my body and just everything in general.

I think I would start by saying that it's a life-changing experience. This whole program is... hmm... it's kind of emotional... it just makes you more of who you already are. I think that would be some summing it up in just a few short words. But it's a really powerful program and I would recommend it to everyone. In fact, I would love to see everyone that I know take it, just for whatever purposes. Just the feeling of self empowerment that I've gained is just phenomenal, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I think this is a fabulous alternative to surgery. It's empowering and it works on all the different levels, and it goes a lot deeper than just the physical, so I think in order to… if you just deal with the physical part of it, you’re just dealing with one aspect. This program helps to deal with all the different issues that might come up as a result. And so therefore, from a holistic, [healthier] perspective, I would say it definitely is a better alternative, (in my perspective).

Yes, I know the Dream Breast System™ definitely works. It's beyond work. It is wonderful. It is fabulous.

I started noticing the tingling and the pressure part of it within a couple of weeks and I also started noticing some things that I remembered as a teenager, like minor breakouts and aches and pains - joint kind of stuff that we all sort of decided that that felt like that hormonal teenage stuff that happens when your body's all growing and changing. That went away after about two or three weeks after that. So yeah, within the first couple of weeks I started noticing a real change and then the size has really… I've just sort of started noticing that more recently, in about the last two weeks so it maybe eight or 10 weeks into the program.

I heard about the [Dream Breast System™] from a friend of mine who knew [Derek Shelton, Dream Breast System™ Creator] as his Hypnotherapist and it just sounded like a really interesting concept. So I contacted Derek, and just signed up for it.

I think the idea of transforming breasts naturally is fantastic because it takes away the risk of changing them medically. And it also really kind of opens you up to the idea that you can change other parts of your body and your mind through using the power of your own subconscious mind.

My main struggle with breast size and shape would be symmetry. My right breast is slightly smaller than the left one. So that's always kind of been something that I wanted to get worked out.

Having a symmetry difference between my breasts has always, caused me to be slightly self-conscious about it. When I was younger I would do a lot of covering up and stuff like that so being - knowing about the Dream Breast System™ and the fact that you can change that yourself was very, very exciting for me.

The first time that I felt the sensations were in the first week. I felt the tingling initially, and that was really exciting because that's what really showed me that what I was doing was working and that my body was actually listening to the suggestions that I was giving to my mind.

If I came across someone that wasn't sure about trying to program, I would tell them first of all about the actual physical changes that I've noticed myself. And also the fact that personally I see this as the best option for somebody that's looking into breast augmentation because there's no - your not having surgery, you're not taking any medical risks, and it's not as expensive as that. It's something you do for yourself without having to go to outside resources. You're just working within yourself to produce changes and it actually does work.

Yes, the Dream Breast System™ works. It works differently for everyone from what I've heard from classmates. For myself, it was a little slow at the beginning and then I just really started picking up the pace towards the middle (of the program) to the end. Derek works with people regarding blockages, because everyone has had a different experience and everyone perceives things differently so he was really good about trying to touch all of those different areas that might stop people from achieving their goals. From what I know, everybody in the class that I was in has achieved some form of what they wanted to change about their breasts.

I would say that I started noticing changes within two weeks. I had different feelings in my breasts in the first week, and that I actually noticed growth beginning within the second week.

I would say I started noticing psychological results right away from just being with really empowered women. We all kind of have the same - we were all working toward the same thing and we were all really open to the idea of using your mind to change your bodies. That was what - that me feel confident about my beliefs in that. But the biggest improvement psychologically was probably about three weeks in when we did a visualization that was aimed at removing blocks. It was just a lot of self affirmation and it made me feel really good about myself and really good about the fact that I do have a powerful mind and that I can basically achieve whatever I want. It definitely kicked in in the third week. The physical changes that I've had have also made me more confident with my body so that affects how I carry myself and things like that now.

The thing I enjoyed most about the program was that all of the visualizations and the sessions that we had are very relaxing. So listening to the CDs is something that I always look forward to because it's just time for me and time to be quiet and just used my mind. After each session, I would just feel really at peace, and really excited about what I was doing.

I think that Derek is a really, really great guy. He is 100% behind this program and I've always felt like he really, genuinely wanted us to achieve our goals. By helping us use our minds to change our breasts, it was also his way of showing the world that you can use your mind to achieve anything in your life. I just see him as someone that is very charismatic, very genuine, and just a really, really trustworthy person.

I really like the idea of enhancing my breasts naturally versus going the surgery route. I hear lots of stories about surgeries gone wrong, [and] of course there’s the financial impact of it as well. I don't really have a couple of thousand dollars lying around to get a nice set of boobs. I would much rather do it naturally and be the one who's responsible for the growth of my breasts.

The reason I chose to be part of the [Dream Breast System™] program was to take on my physical appearance. I wanted to [improve] my physical health, and well-being. With that I had a concern of losing my breast tissue [during weight loss] as well. I wasn't willing to go and drop a couple of hundred dollars on purchasing new bras. I love my boobs, my fiancé loves my boobs, and I didn't want to see them go with the 10 pounds of lost weight. So I thought I would take on this particular program and try out having them [my breasts] even bigger!

An issue I would always come up with weight loss [was] anytime I did any physical activity or would work out or would really take on my diet and exercise, I would lose a full cup size. I would lose my breast tissue as well. And something that I've noticed in the conversations in the back of my head were "I don't want to work out, I don't want to lose weight, I'm going to have to buy new bras, because I’m going to lose all my boobs."

I've always been really self-confident. I've always felt relatively good about my body. I've never had any past issues or any of that kind of a thing. But what I did notice listening to the downloads were I gave myself a lot more room to not be so hard on myself. I would try and an outfit and instead of being really aggressive and saying, “You know that looks awful. You absolutely cannot wear that." It's just like "Oh, It's just not for your body type." There was a lot more room… I had a lot more compassion for my particular body type, for my breasts, for my butt, for my thighs - just a lot more compassion for myself, and who I am and what I look like and not making myself wrong for the way I used to think I should look. It's now turning into "This is me, this is exactly what I look like." It's great! I love it, my fiancé loves it, there's no loss of love, because I don't look a particular way anymore.

Any physical sensations that I experienced during the program were mostly tingling - during the visualizations I would experience tingling… yeah. It was a very odd sensation to me. It wasn't painful. It wasn't uncomfortable by any means, but it felt like almost like your foot was asleep, but it was coming from my breasts. Anytime around my menstrual period they were very very full, very heavy, almost painful but not really, they were just very big and heavy. <Laughs>

I'm actually very excited with the results. Considering [that] with my schedule I hadn't had an opportunity to listen to the downloads as often as I'd wished, and I've still seen results. I've decreased my waist size by 1 inch, and I've increased my breast size by 1 inch, and I've become more symmetrical with my breast size, which was interesting and exciting to me considering I… like I had promised myself to take on my weight management, I actually haven't. I haven't changed my diet. I haven't done anything with exercise, and to be able to have that was really exciting to me.

If somebody was looking toward this I would highly, highly recommend it. It’s awesome! The fact [is] that I've only [participated] 50% [of the time] and I decreased an inch off my waist, [and] increased an inch on my breasts - they became symmetrical! I haven't had any side effects that would make me not want to provide this to somebody else, I think was amazing. I think it was really great. You can do this in the privacy of your own home. I travel a lot. I can do my visualizations on the plane, on the couch, anywhere it's awesome!

Yes, I definitely think the Dream Breast System™ works. I’m happily and pleasantly surprised and excited!

[Derek Shelton, Dream Breast System™ Creator] has been amazing (The gentleman behind it). He was very lovely, very compassionate, just an amazing person. He's extremely generous, very giving, very compassionate. I feel that he's someone that I feel safe with. 

I would like to thank you [Derek] for providing me with my visualizations every day and taking the time out of your schedule, it was amazing; and [also] just for being in contribution for all the women out there who have had issues or who have a dream of having something more, I think that's great service; and providing for these people to be able to get complete with their past and able to look towards a new future with their new bodies and new self-esteem and a new way of being for themselves. I think that's awesome, so thank you.

Well actually I think it's an interesting idea. It's been a very rewarding experience participating in this [Dream Breast System™] program, and I have investigated the idea of implants at one point in time many years ago, and naturally keep up and read about changes in that procedure. It's (about) wanting to perhaps, as a woman, feel more voluptuous, but the surgery was a really frightening idea. So I really welcomed the opportunity to explore this idea of enhancing one's breasts naturally through the power of one's mind, and it's been exciting and rewarding and fulfilling.

Being an adopted child, I didn't have a birth mother to compare to or female siblings that I could say "Well you know, when I get older, I'll look this way because of genetics" so when my breasts stopped growing, I just assumed "well I guess that's just the way I am and that's just the way it is”. And you just accept that, I guess. And it's not that I was unhappy with my breasts, I just wanted more. I wanted as a woman to look a certain way and feel a certain way. Some things you can control and some things you cannot, and I've come to understand that some things you can control that you think you can't, and one of them is an enhancement through the power of the mind and through hypnosis. 

I also found that since the birth of my child that after breast-feeding, things were not quite as they were prior to that. I lost volume in my breasts and my breast tissue, and things weren't quite as symmetrical as they were prior to pregnancy. Through this program and the techniques learned in this program, I've had the opportunity to be instrumental in bringing about those changes my body. 

It really came out of the blue. A girlfriend of mine, (she was somehow made aware of the program) and as girlfriends do, we chat and we joke about finding the perfect bra that will make us look like superwoman or <laughs> whatever the case is for us. She came to me and she said, “I would really appreciate the comraderie of the girlfriend support. Do this with me!” We’re very close friends and we thought it would be something wonderful to do and support each other in and compare notes along the way.

And again I figured, “What have I got to lose here? I'll be giving up time.” but other than that I wasn't really sure what to expect when I first signed on for it. It didn't involve surgery, so I was most certainly open to exploring what benefits might come along with it.

It has been an exceptional experience. You start to participate in a program with a room full of strangers, and the interesting thing is you come to learn that there is a common thread amongst all of us that there's been some barriers or some blocks that have gone up for various reasons. We talked about a lot of different things from attention from the male gender - just things that are inside of us that we needed to identify and perhaps work through and go past. You can't make change until you know what the obstacle or the barrier is. 

A lot of us have made a lot of psychological decisions, where we had perhaps chosen our breasts to stop growing because we didn't want the attention, or we were told that it's not appropriate. There were so many issues that came up based on our gender, our upbringing, [and] sometimes religious background. It was really identifying in a lot of different ways.

Really within the first couple of sessions we really experienced pulsating, tingling – (and I did personally) and it seemed to be a lot of consensus [within the group]. And it happened at different times for different people so it was - it happened pretty quickly and it has continued to do so. I want the program to continue. <Laughs>

Well first off, it was interesting. It has been a very professional experience, a very professional program. To start with, we knew what would be happening step-by-step, so there wasn't any surprises or anything uncomfortable. There wasn't anything -- there were measurements to start with, so you have a benchmark to identify and really see the changes. And then you start to experience the changes. 

For myself it was a real tinglingness. Actually, at various times throughout the program, I saw a change in colour of my breasts where the veins on my breasts were very blue, which I felt was blood rushing to my breasts and a real pulsation and tingling feeling. Sometimes more so than others, but there is always a consistency of something going on. I've noticed a fullness in my breasts. I have proof from that with the latest measurements. I am more vertically symmetrical. I can feel the fullness in touching myself while showering and it's been amazing.

I think one of the interesting stories is now instead of one or two best friends, now we've got - we call ourselves breast friends now. <Laughs> Just a lot of comrade has come out of this and there's been a lot of really funny stories through meeting with the other women, and we've had some incredible outbursts of laughter through the whole process. The comaraderie's been great.

It's been a bit of a roller coaster at times of emotion, of excitement, and identifying some of the things that perhaps we were even unknowingly doing such as mentally blocking ourselves from moving forward. A lot of the techniques we've learned in this program have enhanced my life in other areas, like parenting, partnering, and I certainly developed my self-esteem to even a greater level, and my confidence. As I was telling the rest of the girls lately, "Look out I'm coming through!" <Laughs> in more ways than one.

Personally I don't really have any really funny stories. I'm looking forward to going on the road and doing a bra shop. <Laughs> A whole whack of us together - so goodness help the lingerie department when we arrive! <Laughs>

Physical results were: I'm now more vertically symmetrical, a fullness in my breasts - more so the upper part of my breasts, more fullness in the sides, almost - just shy of an inch in difference (in growth), which for me is very exciting. It's just amazing. It just truly demonstrates the power of the mind and truly what we’re capable of. If you can do this with your breasts, heck, there's no stopping us.

It's just been a very exciting experience. I think, as I've mentioned before, some of the techniques learned in breast enhancement will definitely be carried over to other areas in my life where I feel that I'll be able to communicate more effectively and to have more control and be more empowering in my life with myself and with others.

If you're on the fence about this, I would ask what have you got to lose? What would with the benefits be? Well, the benefits would be that you’re instrumental in bringing change about for yourself, there's no surgery involved. And with all due respect and no disrespect to anybody that has perhaps had the surgery for breast implants, I personally wouldn't want to put myself in a place where I'm having an unnecessary surgery. And I looked at it and I struggled with the idea. Beauty comes from within the person, and I want to associate with people in my life that see that in me. If they don't, they're just looking for the superficial on the outside. And really, do I want to spend my time with those people? Personally, I don't. I would encourage you to try it. It has been successful for me. It has been successful for the rest of our team. Everyone has experienced results, and positive results and what is it going to cost you? It is going to cost you some time and really, aren't you worth it?

I enjoyed uncovering the power that I have over me, and within me. I enjoyed the - I have always been a fairly confident person, and there's almost a new sense of confidence. It's almost as sexy confidence in a way, and as a woman I like to feel sexy.

I'm thrilled! Absolutely delighted! I haven't had any complaints! <Laughs>

[Derek Shelton, Dream Breast System™ Creator] is an extraordinary individual. I'm really impressed with his professionalism, and he's really very engaging, and he easily develops rapport with all of us. I felt so comfortable with him. You know, here's an individual I hadn't met before, and quickly just really felt confident that we were going to work very well together. I really appreciate his commitment to his industry and to his craft. I think it's evident throughout.
