All Dream Breast System™ products have an unconditional 120-day money back satisfaction guarantee. This policy does not apply to any private one-on-one personal sessions purchased with a Dream Breast System™ Certified Practioner or Outreach Practioner, or any additional time purchased with a DBS Personal Consultant. You may return these products to Dream Breast System Inc. for any reason within this time frame and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Once the product falls outside of the defined 120-day satisfaction guarantee period, Dream Breast System Inc. cannot guarantee that the product refund will be honoured.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for the initial product purchase, or for returning the product back to Dream Breast System Inc.
120-day satisfaction guarantee terms and conditions:
Direct Orders:
If your DBS product is either purchased directly from Dream Breast System Inc. via the internet, mail order, or over the telephone, you have 120 days from the product's physical or electronic ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy of the packing slip or email confirmation in order to be eligible for a refund.
Retail Purchases:
If the product was purchased from a retail outlet and the retailer will not accept the product return, you may return the product to Dream Breast System Inc. within 120 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must furnish a copy of the retail purchase receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.
For direct orders and retail purchases, products must be returned to the Dream Breast System Inc. Distribution Center and be postmarked 120 days from the specific ship date in order to be eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes manuals, CDs, DVDs, dreamboards, seminar vouchers and a copy of the packing slip if the product was ordered directly from Dream Breast System Inc. You can include a photocopy of the store receipt if your product was purchased at a retail store. Dream Breast System Inc. recommends that the product return be shipped through a traceable method. If returning the products by Canadian, U.S., or International Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail delivery confirmation methods. Dream Breast System Inc. is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.
Electronically Delivered Products
You have 120 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered DBS products. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department. Refunds for electronically delivered DBS products can be requested by contacting DBS customer service at
